SigEp

Alumni and Volunteer Corporations (AVCs) serve as a board of advisors for a chapter's undergraduate executive officers. By mentoring chapter leaders, they help shape the direction of the chapter in recruitment, member development, leadership development and fiscal health, while ensuring long-term planning and stability. While all AVC officers, directors and volunteers could be mentors in some capacity, the primary responsibility for guiding the undergraduate executive board and chapter is vested in the SigEp mentor committee.
